This place is horrible very unprofessional the front desk said my file was being reviewed by the doctor it’s going on 3 months and then when I started calling they blocked my number I’ve never experienced anything like this before I’m definitely reporting them to better business bureau they treat people wrong here before even seeing a doctor

I been trying to get in contact with this place for 3 weeks. no one answers the phone. when they finnaly did they said I had to have my workers comp call to do the referral. which is only done on Wednesday durring a 3 hour window. and guess what. they didn't answer the phone for him either all the times he said he called. so far not impressed with the customer service at all. seems very unprofessional. beings my options for care are very limited I'll keep trying hopefully this gets better not worse.

I submitted my application it took 2 months to get a response which is quite normal at a pain management center but then they say no my file with speak for itself to say look I need help but was turned away

Doctor Dhaliwal is a very caring and compassionate person she has helped me tremendously
