Good fast service been coming to this office for 10 years no complaints

My son has been a patient of Dr Singh since he was born , he is now 12. My other kids are also patients now and I love the drs there . But I’m giving it 2 stars because the staff there do not know how to communicate. The staff needs some work . They make it difficult in certain situations.

My kids come her since birth, my oldest is 8 now. I have never had an issue, they are always kind, and already know my kids. I really like that they have made referrals without any excuse. I sometimes dislike that they don't have appointments within a week. But it's also understandable, with all the kids getting the flu at the same time of the year.

Terrible service here, my daughter was given a vision exam to identify shapes and count.and the young lady was very disrespectful with her facial expression when my daughter couldn’t answer. Dr Roy is lazy and never really gives a thorough exam he just treats it like a walk through style visit, he come in with his entourage does a twirl and drops a few lines. The other women doctor an older female with dark red hair is also very rude and condescending when I ask questions.This practice is more concerned with there volume and copays than they are with the actual health and well-being of patients. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!

Even though we almost always see a different doctor every time we come, each one has be helpful and answer my questions. They haven't been quick to push meds and offered multiple options. The front staff makes it easy and quick and have been very friendly.
