This place is an impressive “well-oiled machine” (in the most positive way)! From reception staff, to technicians, to Dr. Ramsey, to counselors/schedulers/financial staff, I feel like I am in very capable hands. Along with capable confidence, however, their friendliness, compassion, and caring shined through!

Great surgeon. Very thorough and great. Her optical assistant today though could use some more training on empathy and trying to be more understanding with patients. She’s very rude. Her other staff members are very friendly. This one was zero stars.

After diligently searching for the best cataract surgeon in the greater Phoenix area I discovered Dr Ramsey. My eye evaluation prior to meeting with doctor Ramsey was quite extensive. We then met together and reviewed all the information. It confirmed many of the issues I was experiencing and together we chose a path to better vision. Based on my lifestyle she made recommendations and I ultimately made the choice for the best lenses for me. I walked out looking forward to cataract surgery. Dr. Ramsey is extremely experienced and has a great rapport she develops with her patient. I give 6 stars.

Straight forward, honest, profoundly efficient and effective! She's not going to hold a lengthy conversation with you - she's committed to your eyes! Exactly what's needed and I'm extremely happy with the results.

Staff was exceptional Dr Ramsey was thorough with the exam, explained everything straight to the point!! Gave me my options and surgery is scheduled for Tuesday 😊
