Laura is a knowledgeable and deeply skilled practitioner with decades of experience. She brings her curiosity, compassion and intuition to each session. I have received sessions from her for immune & nervous system support, injury recovery and facial rejuvenation. I’ve also attended her unique, well-crafted seasonal Yin Yoga/Chinese medicine classes. Laura is the best! The space is warm and so peaceful. I went for 3 micro needling sessions because I began to get breakouts in specific areas on my face. She took the time to ask me about my history and skin care routine. Then explained a few reasons why I could be breaking out and how to change those habits. I saw a significant difference is just the first session, but also felt the most stress free I've felt in a long time right after it because of how comfortable and easy she makes the session go. The experience through and through was amazing! the best part the breakouts stopped and haven't returned! I'd highly recommend any of her services.
