She truly works miracles and is able to listen to patient needs and unexpected complications. Her excellent skills allow her to develop a specialized treatment plan for her Patients. I feel very fortunate to be working with Dr. Belkin, a very special, professional physician in Santa Barbara.

Dr. Presser Belkin and her amazing staff are compassionate and understanding. I had been disappointed after going to specialist after specialist for my severe eczema and allergies. I did my own research and found my hero. I also appreciated that she listened and found solutions based on test results and my input instead of throwing a stack of prescriptions at me that offered only temporary solutions (what the past Drs did). Highly recommend!
