Liz Koehl, LMT

Luckily, I found Liz three years ago. Liz is the BEST massage therapist/masseuse. She has helped my body deal with muscle strain, muscle fatigue & stiff muscles. My right shoulder was locked up and painful. Liz got things moving on the first massage. She knows how to work all the layers. She expertly "unties" my fascia knots which increases circulation and healing. And, besides her "Magic Touch" she happens to be a very kind and compassionate person! I go 1 or 2 times per month. I always look forward to each session knowing how much better I will feel afterwards!

I finally found an amazing massage therapist in Cottonwood! Liz listens attentively to what you need, and is great at getting the knots out of problem areas. She is also personable, kind, professional and has 20 years of experience. You can tell she really cares about her clients. I have neck problems and scoliosis, so I really value someone who knows what they are doing. She has also helped my husband who has a chronic shoulder problem, and she was recommended by our neighbors who goes to her as well.

Liz is absolutely amazing!!! I feel so relaxed during her massages. I especially like the warm bed during cold months. She is very skilled at making a person feel better and addressing the aches and pains in your body.

Liz is by far the best massage therapist I have been to. She is aware of her client’s needs and ensures each massage is addressing specific needs at that time. She is professional and has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend her!!

Finding a skilled LMT is super important to me as someone who deals with pain often, so when I recently moved states, I was overjoyed to find Liz! She is perfect; strong, a kind, caring presence, and absolutely gifted in working with tough knots after my move. My teen daughter really enjoyed her too. So grateful 💖
