Liz is amazing! She is unlike most massage therapists I’ve seen, in that she assesses the whole body and provides therapy and valuable recommendations based on the individual needs of each person. She is very well connected with medical providers across Houston and is quick to recommend other providers to compliment her services. She makes sure to ask about pain, progress, and current needs prior to each session. I always feel so much better mentally and physically after I see Liz! I 10/10 recommend to anyone experiencing pain, discomfort, or looking to better their overall health!
