Unprofessional and unacceptable. I received food scraps mixed in with my medication, and on top of that, my injections were delivered left out in the sun and arrived melted. When I called to request a replacement, I was refused and told they were "still good." They are absolutely not still good, and this is both unsafe and irresponsible.

Their delivery service appears to be separate from the pharmacy itself, making inconvenient when it comes to communication, like canceling medication. This is one issue. The other one- rude customer support. Oh, and they once delivered my prescription to a wrong address without my signature even though it was required. The delivery people are great.
