My mom has been receiving amazing physical rehabilitation with the PT/OT team here. Between therapists Evan and Victor, she has been making great progress. She is excited to have a team who is invested in improving her mobility with every session, and she is confident that she will return to her previous level of functioning with their support. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the attention and care provided by two nursing support staff team members, Sandra and Jamill. They are BY FAR two of the most attentive, patient, and responsive nursing support staff that my mom has had care for her throughout all of her healthcare encounters at various facilities. It is my sincere hope that they are recognized and revered for being the phenomenal caregivers that they are.

My mother has been in Livingston Post Acute Care for 15 days now due to a hip fracture. Her aide Jeanette and Ann has taken care of her every need. Has been very gentle while taking care of her. Also making sure her wound is clean and dry. The nurses are wonderful, starting with Nimota, Luisa, Jerry and Alectus. To name a few but all are excellent. They are very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate with my mom. Manager Pryia was very informative and helpful to me the moment my mom stepped foot in here. The PT/OP staff has been great they are so supportive and knowledgeable in what it takes to get her back into how she was before this fracture. The facility is clean and inviting, the kitchen crew, the maintenance staff and the patient transporters are so friendly. In other words all

My mother was admitted to the sub-acute rehab at Livingston Post Acute Care, and the care from her nurses, certified nursing assistants, and physical therapists is excellent. They're all very encouraging and supportive. Her CNAs and nurses, especially Vanessa, Glory, Page, Sandra, Earnestine, Lynn Mulor, Rhonda, Greene, Jacqueline Daling, Sara Milord, and Ann, really take care to know her as a person. They help and talk with her based on what they learn about her to make her more comfortable. This is really important to us since she can be a bit shy. Her physical therapists, Yolanda and Theo, are always encouraging her, which she needs, and Yolanda will encourage her to join activities and sometimes bring her there. For caregivers, I visited seven different sub-acute facilities in Essex a

My brother has been in rehab for six weeks. Since he is a nonverbal down syndrome patient, it was difficult for staff to assist him. But Evan Cortese and Jonathan Wang(therapy) were able to patiently deal with his condition, which in turn successfully strengthen his ability to become mobile and return to his home in good shape. I also would like to commend Ed Alecus LPN, who attended him daily through his stay. Ed would respond to the needs of my brother very caring and efficiently. Whenever my sister I needed him to respond he would be there to help, knowing my brother's condition. We appreciate the caring attention these people have given him. We would like to give a shout for Shondra for assistance getting information and getting us directed in any situation that arose. She was very

Donetta-quite pleasant and very helpful. I appreciate her service and attempt to help me at this difficult time in my life. I thank her for her service in making me comfortable during my time of need. I must also give respect to Ms. Sandy who has assisted me since I entered facility by helping me get acclimated to my new surroundings. The physical therapy team of Mary squared consist of two young woman both named Mary who are compassionate and knowledgeable working with me to once again walk and get stronger. I appreciate their expertise in guiding me toward reaching my goal of once again walking and returning to living on my own.
