They tested my hearing and then they ordered a device from their supplier that was made to match my hearing. I learned most hearing aids just amplify everything so you don't get the help you need communicating with others. These devices amplify the sounds I was.missing in some letters. The hearing specialist was very helpful and great to work with.
Today I found out the hearing aids I purchased several years do not have a warranty and are broken. Desk person brought them out and said sorry.
Having trouble with my left ear but no other options were provided outside of what has already been explored so I told them I’m going to another provider to see what other options were available and they said ok.
BEWARE! This business treated me like dirt! I had an appt w/ KEVIN WATSON and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE! Not only was he rude; he actually insulted me on the way out the door! The most unprofessional “medical” office I have ever been to in 81 years.
Warmly treated & helpful. Understood my concerns. Adjusted my hearing aids to my concerns.
