Dr Navi charged me $500 for a teeth whitening treatment which they were not able to complete due to not having a “teeth tray” that fit my mouth. I was informed by Dr Navi that they would do it agIn for free. Keep in mind , they were not able to complete it the first time so they are not doing it agIn. When i turned up for my appointment Tammi demanded payment and Dr Navi came out of his office stating i would have to pay. He gave me a zoom post care kit in lieu of the treatment. The kit was actually open and missing the mouth tray and chemical used. What a scam. This is on top of poor dental work they dis on my wife which cost thousands of dollars.
