Anywhere you go you have to advocate for yourself and Josh listened when I told him that I have a hypermobile body. This is a big deal when it comes to maintaining correct form, building strength, pain sensations and stretching.

I like the fact that they know me and my limits and challenge me to attack those physical limits and gain victory over them.
