Live Every Day Physical Therapy Facility in both their Simsbury and Granby locations are phenomenal in every way. They are the friendliest, most professional, caring, detail oriented, and attentive to their patients that I have ever encountered. The front desk staff always returns phone calls, are easy to schedule appointments that are convenient to the patient, and are always accommodating. My personal therapist named Duncan Satterlee was and remains a dedicated and knowledgeable therapist who treated my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery and the results were amazing. Follow up, specific exercises, and attention to proper form were always helpful and effective towards the recovery process. I would highly recommend this facility for any therapeutic needs. Love love love all the staff at the YMCA location. They helped me with PT and then with Back to the Gym. They give you comfort when needed but not afraid to kick your butt too. I would recommend this branch to anyone and everyone. Fletcher, Andrew,Brittany and Duncan are true professionals with warm hearts. Thank you all for getting me to a better place 😊
