Everyone that works at this practice is amazing! From getting a short notice appointment for a dental emergency to the hygienists and especially Dr Steniger. All are so skilled, efficient, and friendly. Communication is easy and quick with them via phone or text. The front desk people run a good operation. So lucky to have them as our family's dental practice.

I had an insurance issue after my first appointment and realized this dentist is out-of-network for me. I had to pay out-of-pocket and the staff up front specifically told me over the phone they would let me know AHEAD OF TIME if there was an insurance issue. Surprise, surprise…no one ran an insurance check before my appt and I had to pay over $425. This office called me begging for me to change my review and said they’d send me a refund check if I did. NEVER GOT THE CHECK. So back to the original review it is. This place is money-hungry and cares more about keeping their pennies than caring for their patients. If only every medical office could be like you are! They answer the phone. They get you quick answers. Went for a cleaning and the guy practically got a workout in with how quick he did the X Ray.

Dr. Steniger and his team are A+ professionals! I chipped my tooth on a Saturday and called my (old) dentist's office on a Monday. They couldn't see me until the following Tuesday. A friend of mine and her daughter and family all go to Granby Dental and love it. So, I called and explained my situation. They saw me the following day. The office staff was so warm and welcoming. (They even opened a side door gor me when they saw me approaching the wrong door so that I wouldn't have to walk all the way around the building.) Dr. Steniger did such an excellent job fixing my tooth. He even smoother out another tooth! (Don't think that's something a chain dental practice would do without tacking on an additional charge.)
