Live Better Hearing + Balance

Overall the people are very nice. I’ve never been happy with the quality of the tru hearing aids. I purchased these through my Medicare plan and they still were very expensive. I’ve had a lot of problems with popping noises and feedback and no one seems to have an answer. Now the batteries are beginning to die and after a full charge I get a half day of use. I mentioned this on my last visit and the audiologist told me that I had plenty of warranty left so I waited a little longer to get it done. My bad. I’ve not had the same audiologist since they closed the location in Henrico doctors hospital so I don’t feel like I have a relationship with them. Today I want back to discuss getting the battery replaced but it’s now out of warranty and they want $350 to replace one battery. I simply can’

It is always a pleasant experience to see the professionals at Live Better Hearing. I was greeted by the receptionist who was pleasant and friendly. The hearing specialist also greeted me warmly and was pleasant throughout my hearing screening and hearing aid check. She shared information about my rechargeable hearing aid batteries and a showing of new hearing aids at another Live Better Hearing location. Im very grateful for the services that they provide for me and my hearing aids!

Dr. Sutter is an excellent audiologist. She explains use and care of hearing aids well.

The staff, that was there, is friendly and efficient. This office has unusual hours and the staff is different every time I go. We go every 3 months for cleaning and once a year for a hearing check up, we have not seen the same techs in the past 2 years.
