While I did do a fair amount of advance research on the Phonak Sphere Infinio hearing aids, I still had lots of questions during my sessions with Dr. Madelynn Petrancuri. She was clearly an expert on the configuration & support of the new Phonak products and was able to provide detailed answers to all of my questions. Live Better Hearing also provided a 30-day evaluation of the Sphere Infinio Ultra product, which helped to make my decision to purchase the hearing aids a no-brainer.

Dr. Tiffany has the kind of bedside manner you hope every doctor would have — patient, gentle, never condescending, and genuinely caring. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel seen and heard. She’s been there for me through several time-sensitive emergencies and each time she gave me her full, undivided attention. You never feel rushed with her; you feel cared for. She is exactly what medicine needs more of: a doctor who is truly there for the patient.

It has been many years since I had a hearing test and was not sure what to expect. Dr. Tiffany Connatser explained the testing extremely well and the test results. I highly recommend Live Better Hearing + Balance and Dr. Connatser!

I visit Living Better Hearing & Balance for regular evaluations and device checks. They’re skilled audiologists proficient in the use of state-of-the-art test tools. Each member of the team is equally proficient at empathetic communication with hearing challenged seniors like me. They’re deliberate and methodical in their testing, explain what they’re doing and why, welcome and thoroughly answer questions, and take ownership of their work. If you have hearing issues or are looking out for someone who does, this is where you want to go. Hearing changes slowly, never for the better, and is not always noticeable, so I recommend regular visits to keep corrective treatment optimal. Five stars.
