The receptionist is very friendly and makes sure you have all the information you need to get an appointment and anything else needed. The Dr. is very informed about everything and answers all your questions while getting you the proper treatment and help with your hearing aids. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I am 96 and have seen a number of audiologist over the years. Dr Mills is at the top of my list because of her kindness, patience, professional, competence, and desire to do anything she can do to help. This is a present place to go for help because Dr Mills assistant is also kind and helpful she can be.

of course you can win a lot of fans with the complimentary bowl of assorted chocolates at the receptionist's desk. lol.but this office has a lot of other things going for it as well. after audiology associates dropped my insurance and failed to inform me after 5 months, I went here. my appointment started on time. Dr. Mills is well trained, has a pleasant demeanor, answered all my questions, fixed my hearing aides while I waited and she took her time. and she looked for every discount I was eligible for. I highly recommend this practice.
