I just recently had my first massage and it was with Ashley. It was a wonderful experience and a great massage!! She gave me some tips and pointers that I am using daily and they have been helping with some pain I was having. I am definitely coming back! Thank you!

I’ve been fortunate enough to attend near-monthly massage therapy sessions in California since 2021, but none of those sessions compared to the quality and skill of Ali at Liv Life Wellness. At the end of each visit, I leave thinking, “wow. Best massage of my life!” If you like firm pressure, deep tissue, or trigger point massages, I cannot recommend Ali enough! The studio is also very warm and inviting. It’s the perfect place to relax. Glad I randomly booked here after moving to the area.

I’ve gotten many amazing massages from Ashley over the last several years, but recently had two massages done by Ali, her new massage therapist. He was absolutely amazing. I haven’t had a male massage therapist in over 10 years, but Ali really put me at ease. I felt super comfortable & relaxed the entirety of both sessions (90 minutes each). He spent a solid several minutes going over my health history, problem areas, concerns, any questions I had, etc. He is an excellent therapist & truly listens to his clients. He also suggested & tried cupping on upper shoulders/back, which really helped ease the tension in my upper back/neck. I would recommend Ali to anyone!

Liv Life Wellness is a hidden gem in the KC area! My husband and I have been going to Ashley for years. It’s hard to find someone who has a strong hand and is very consistent with every appointment. She blows this out of the water! Very heavy hand if you need it, especially if you lift weights. My husband has a strong upper body and needs a heavy hand. She is professional, kind and makes your experience so enjoyable. I always feel so much better physically and mentally after my appointment. Ashley is very special and has the best massage around! We won’t see anyone else.
