Little Waves Pediatric Dentistry

I’m so happy to have found Little Waves pediatric dentistry! I had a visited a few others in the area and this one is the best by far. The waiting area is really cute and the office has a nice calm vibe to it. The front desk girls are so nice and I love the personal touch they add to make kids feel welcome (put their name up on a welcome board and they make cute bracelets for the kids for first time visits). Dr. Porras is wonderful, I had a consultation with my daughter to get some of her cavities filled and she took the time to go over everything very thoroughly and answer all my questions. The day of the procedure went smoothly and my daughter was not nervous or scared at all, they made her feel very comfortable and safe. We had the best experience today at this pediatric dentist for my 6-year-old’s very first visit! From the moment we walked in, I knew we chose the right place. The office is absolutely amazing — such a cute ocean theme throughout, which made it feel fun and welcoming instead of intimidating. The lobby even has games that my daughter had a blast playing while we waited. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything to her in a way she could understand and even showed her her X-rays, explaining what they were looking at. I loved how included and comfortable they made her feel. She did such an amazing job in the chair, and I truly think that’s because of how patient and encouraging everyone was. We had such a great experience! The office was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very welcoming. My kids actually had fun during their visit, which says everything! The environment is so kid-friendly and positive, it really helps take away any nerves. It’s not easy to find a place where kids feel comfortable and even enjoy going to the dentist, but this office truly delivers. Chelsea was pleasant & helpful in answering all the questions I had. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a clean, fun, and caring pediatric dental experience!
