Little Star Pediatric Urgent Care

Came here to just say that I leave here every time with a new reason to love and appreciate this office. This is probably my 3rd or 4th time bringing my kids here to the urgent care with also having Telehealth appts a few times as well. Telehealth appts makes things so convenient and an ease to my mind, especially since we live 45 mins away from the Rancho Cucamonga office. Dr.Chang who is usually at the Eastvale location does so well at being informative and making sure she doesn’t miss any details. Today I came in the office because my daughter’s fever came back and I was so happy we did because they were able to test for Covid & Flu A&B. Turns out the culprit was Flu A that’s going around. We had such a great experience at Little Star Pediatric Urgent Care when I brought my sick son in. Sydnee and the entire staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with us from the moment we walked in. They made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. Sydnee took the time to really listen and made sure my son was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about the kids and families they treat. I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received.

Sabrina, Carrie and Brie went ABOVE AND BEYOND in treating my 18 mo.daughter this past weekend. We brought her in 30 minutes before they closed and were swiftly checked in and brought to the back so we could start assessment and tests that we needed to run. Brie was so patient when collecting her vitals and intake info so that she wasn't scared or upset. Nurse Carrie pulled out every last stop so we could properly treat my daughter and keep her comfortable and NP Sabrina was incredibly thorough with her diagnosis and communication. Thank you!!!

Great!! All staff and Dr. As a first time mom I always have a lot of questions and they answered them without making me feel dismissed. I would go as far to say that my baby definitely got better treatment here then he would've in an ER and definitely better then his regular pediatrician. Definitely recommend this urgent care for your little ones. As parents we are stressed and panicking but they help bring a peace of mind and care for you kids.

Amazing Pediatric Urgent Care. This place is a nugget of gold. We had a doctor named Phallin and she was informative, helpful and cared. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. We traveled from San Dimas and it was extremely worth the drive. It’s not easy finding a good place to take your babies when they are sick. Thank you Little Star Pediatric!
