DO NOT RECOMMEND !! They were quick to get us in and out I’ll give them that but when taken back to see the guy doctor all he did was look in his ears mouth and nose, check lungs. He did say he has a little ear infection and prescribed antibiotics but didn’t swab him to check for flu,Covid, rsv. Went home waiting on medication to be ready went to Walmart that I told them to sent it even verified it with me 3X and still sent it to wrong one so I called and had them change it okay cool waited the 45 min they told me called Walmart before I went up there and they had no prescription on file mind you I went at 11 and it was already 4-4:30 my sons fever kept coming back but higher so decided to take him to Children’s and he tested positive for Flu A.

Whats the point of booking an online appointment if you're going to be the last person seen? I scheduled an appointment online for 8:10am. I was here before they opened. I told the girl if i had to check with her for an ONLINE APPOINTMENT. She said "one minute we'll check you in" and never did. Walk ins that arrived AFTER me were seen before me. It's hard not to be angry when the lady didn't do her job. I see she's new, but she should have forwarded the message if she wasn't gonna do anything about it.

The assistant to the physican was Amazing! My son was very nervous and she calmed him down. The physican was great as well. Even though it was the end of the day she was so nice and patient. Definitely recommend coming here.

I’ve been 3 times and service has been quickly. Doctors are really quick on assisting you and resolving your children problems. Definitely beats going to the hospital and waiting hours. Definitely recommend even as a walk in

My child needed emergency care, and since I live in the suburbs, I prefer to avoid the closest ER near me. I already knew I needed to look for an in-network option, and thankfully, this clinic showed up under my insurance plan. It was close by, open late, and had multiple appointment times available.The check-in process was quick and effortless. I arrived early and still ended up being seen before my scheduled appointment time. The doctor was kind, patient, and understanding, and the entire staff — including the nurses — were friendly and caring. I truly appreciate this clinic. If I need urgent medical care again (that isn’t life-threatening), I’ll definitely be returning.
