Easy check in and great customer service! I liked the check in process as I could do it all from my phone and didn’t have to stand in front of a window (although you could). Plenary of appointments were available online as well. I was glad I found them on Google! They helped us pretty quick, even being walk ins. Dr. Bridges was awesome ! My son had something stuck in his ear and they made quick work of it 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

My son had been diagnosed with rhinovirus according to my pediatrician. I kept checking his temp with my thermometer and it said 102. I had a hunch something was up. They took his temp and it was 105. Then they swabbed him to check for other issues. He was diagnosed with RSV!!!!! They immediately went into action with a nebulizer albuterol Then helped me get transferred to cook children’s. With the help of their immediate action I was able to get my son to start his healing process at Cook’s. Thank you to the nurses and staff that were able to help me on Christmas Eve. Dr Jesus ironically was our guy. Look at God. Thank you all.

I love this urgent care. They have been so great for my child when sick. I appreciate them for being open on Tuesday, even though the weather was still kind of bad! The ladies at the front desk really work hard to make you feel welcome and help you with anything. And the providers listen and help your child feel better! I can recommend this urgent care for kids!

The service was so fast and easy. The staff was very attentive and kind to my sick baby. It is very clean in there. We got to the solution and got the medication we needed fast.

We love this place always in and out so fast and The drs are young and happy to be there and help and the front desk is very friendly. I wish it was a pediatric office I would definitely be a regular patient here . They spent more time with us discussing care than our regular pediatrician. Super impressed for an urgent care , so glad we have this spot now .
