Dr. Milca was amazing and made a tough situation seem less. She was very supportive and answered all the questions we had. The procedure my son had went smoothly and very quick. I would highly recommend little smiles co to anyone needing to get a tongue/lip tie revision for their child.

My son had a tongue tie reversal with Dr. Milca. I really wanted him to have nitrous oxide because he is 7 and well aware of pain. Dr. Milca from beginning to end was FANTASTIC. She explained everything to my son before during and after. Her bedside manner was one of the best I have seen. She told my son how brave he was several times. I have a feeling baby or older kid, Dr. Milca is the best. Also, we came to the appointment with a team of providers behind us and Dr. Milca personally followed up with my son's therapist and other dentist. I truly can't express how great the experience was.
