Negligent and incompetent are the two words to describe this facility and Dr Rachel. We brought our 4yo dog in to be examined and Dr Rachel tried prescribing several medications with absolutely no assessment. I suggested we find the problem and Rachel began getting angry with me. Rachel assured me my dog did not have an abdominal blockage and she only did minimal blood work after me fighting for it. She left the room in an unprofessional tantrum. A couple days later we decided to go to Denver animal hospital to get a real assessment. There they described Little Mountain as being known in the area for “Treat and Street Practice”. My dog did end up having an abdominal blockage and now going through renal failure. My 4yo dog was then put down. I am not blaming Little Mountain for my dogs deat

These folks are great. They have an excellent veterinary team. The facility is clean and nice, has a fenced run out back for walking patients. They dont pressure for services, they recommend what is needed.

They was very caring and very helpful.. they made everything easy for me an my fur baby sheeba.. they helped me so much. The lady's were so sweet and the doctor was great... I hate my visit was a sad one but they made it very easy and showed they cared and are great people an very helpful an I would definitely recommend them to be your animals vet even just for ur pets regular check ups

We recently needed to take our kitty for an unexpected Vet appointment. We were looking for a new vet and struggling to find a vet with a same day appointment. We received a recommendation from someone who had recently gone there. We called and were very pleased. * They were able to work us in the same day. * The staff greeted us immediately and were very polite and friendly. * Their waiting are was nice, clean and welcoming. * They treated our kitty great. * They spent a lot of time with us, asking questions, explaining factors that could be causing our kitty's issues, answering our questions. Today, 04 April, was our first visit to Little Mountain Veterinary Clinic. We recently rescued a French Bulldog and brought him in for a checkup. From the sweet lady at reception, Taylor the Vet Tech, to meeting Dr. Chris, our experience was nothing less than exceptional! Dr. Chris was very personable, knowledgeable, and was great with our little Finn. We were driving to south Charlotte for our last pet Vet visits, but after finding this veterinarian clinic my husband and I both felt very comfortable and were completely satisfied with our visit. We were seen on time, all of our questions were answered, and our Finn had a great visit and was treated exceptionally well. Thanks to Dr. Chris and his entire staff for a very favorable visit.
