My first visit and I was pleased with EVERY aspect of this practice. The office is relaxing throughout with music or TVs and the employees communicate using ear pieces and radios so there is no loud talking to keep a calming atmosphere. Every employee was smiling and forthright when I had various questions. Tests were run and a proposed treatment plan for a complex issue was explained. There was no rush and I made informed decisions based on recommendations. I don’t have anything negative to say about the practice and think they provide excellent care. Give Summit Family Dentistry a chance if you are looking for general dentistry or have a complex issue!!

This office is well organized with the newest equipment and warm staff. Dr Pernell is competent, engaging, and extremely well versed in many aspects of dental care from the basics to complicated issues. The team of dentists work together to treat whatever you may be facing. You are in excellent hands here.

My visit as a new patient went exactly how i hoped. Staff were warm and welcoming. Both my hygienist Janet and Dr Andy listen to all of my concerns. They didn’t try to fix or replace crowns, fillings that weren’t necessary. I was also blown away by the AI x-ray technology. I once was a dental assistant back in the day so when explained by Dr Andy what my treatment plan was going to be while looking at the AI generated x-rays i could fully understand, clearly see, and agree with everything. Oh, I will enjoy my gift(White Wine) thank you 😊

Went today as a new patient. Incredible experience. The staff was super friendly and highly skilled. Great touches like text service, a nice welcome package (including a bottle of wine) and very clean, very welcoming office. They had tvs for when you laid back and AI technology for a more painless xray process. Highly recommend!

Dr Andy & his assistant was very professional & friendly. I was totally relaxed getting a temporary crown today. I was a bit chilly & tired today so they offered me a blanket to keep warm. Even getting a needle in my mouth was painless. I will definitely be going back to get my other dental work done. Thank you.
