The staff at Lititz Apothecary have been a tremendous help. Not only are they very knowledgeable but they take the time to get to know you and their followup is second to none. I started by meeting with them because I tried losing weight and everything I tried didn't work. Not only did they help me start my journey but they were there for support and questions. They check in regularly to see what support they can provide and ask what is working. I have followed their directions and lost 45 pounds in 5 months. This has improved my health and my blood tests came back with a tremendous improvement to almost perfect numbers.
