I have been using Lisa for several years. She always treats me as a whole person and with respect. I have absolute confidence in her and her staff. No one has every been rude or inefficient. I would recommend her anyone.

My wife went in to see Dr. Houk on Saturday. She has several medical issues that have gone untreated for a while. She seemed to care about what she was doing and set her up for blood work and they tried, but their incompetence just bruised her all up. So they told her to come into the office this morning to draw blood. They said there was no order for the blood work, but if that was the case then why did they try on Saturday??? Now my wife feels like they don't care and doesn't want to go to the doctor! This will bea lawsuit if ANYTHING happens to my wife as a result of this!!!!

Lisa Houck's office is great! Absolute great care after we moved here. If... there is any problem they don't take care of ....she sends you to a specialist. They are on top of their field do not hesitate to go here for all medical needs.

one of the receptionist was rude and lazy.She clammed she called my insurance company( i was standing right there ) she said there not answering. That"s because she did not want to take the time to answer a couple questions.My co pay is 35.00,they tried to charge me over a 100.00. I set outside in my car and called my insurance comepany.I talked to them.Then went back into the office to prove my point.Dont go there.

nice staff , been going to them for years. always take me when I need to be see and gets me feeling right. clean environment , doctor will hear you out on your needs
