Do not use this dentist! I went here in 2025, and they told me I had 16 cavities, and a host of other issues! I did the first treatment, and then a friend of mine mentioned he'd been to Lisa McDonald, and had a similar experience, and then got a second opinion from another dentist, and had no issues! The same thing happened to me! My "16 cavities" and $10,000+ in work turned into a few hundred bucks. GET A SECOND OPINION, AND DO NOT GO HERE.

Almost doubling the agreed upon price of a procedure after I pay (then refusing to finish it) is unprofessional at best. The following is my experience with this dentist and why I decided to stop working with this practice. I left last week with only half of my mouth cleaned. Two large miscommunications defined my most recent visit. When presented with the cost of a deep cleaning, $1084, I agreed after asking if this would cover everything. The hygienist (on a Friday afternoon) seemed to be ready to call it a day and didn’t promise to finish the deep cleaning that day (but said she would do as much as she could), so I agreed to treatment with the condition that I may need to return the following week. I asked to confirm that the $1084 would cover that potential follow up too, and was told

Dr. McDonald and her team are caring, compassionate, communicative. They take their time to to make you comfortable and educated.

Dr. McDonald, Dr. Megalla, and the whole team are amazing. Being a complete health office they are thorough and take their time to truly educate their patients. I don't care for injections or needles but with their steady hands I've never even felt it. Would recommend 100% to all.
