I have been coming here for 10yrs bringing my 2 children. Dr. Mack and Ms. Suzette and Ms. Joy Jackson and a few other behind the scenes ladies have been amazing with the needs and care of our family and emergencies. The front ladies too have tolerated me and always have taken care of things. These ladies love my kids and have seen them since birth and I love that!

Took my 22 month old yesterday to be seen as he had a cough, fever and heavy breathing. They swabbed him for RSV, Covid, and strep and I was told they were all negative. Dr. Mack came in and listened to his lungs and said they were clear and sound great. He has a cold and double ear infection. We leave - oh let me add this is after I had to pay $190 “deposit”. As the day went on I was not satisfied with the diagnosis as his breathing was retracted. Called the after hours line, not sure who was on call, but whoever I spoke with was rude. So I loaded him up and went to the ER and BOY am I glad I did!!! RSV positive and pneumonia!!! The nurse in the ER could tell as soon as she heard him that someone was definitely going on. I went here as a child and now my children go here. They are absolutely amazing! If i could give them 10 stars i would! My children love all the doctors here and they always go above and beyond! If you’re wanting a doctor who genuinely cares for your child, this is the place. I moved to McDonough a few years ago and I drive 35 minutes to bring my children here because i haven’t found any other pediatric doctor who treats and cares for my children the way Dr. Millers office does. I don’t ever plan on changing doctors because i know my children wouldn’t receive the care they have here at any other place. So the 35 minute drive is more than worth it! I highly recommend Dr. Miller over any other pediatrician.

Have been a patient of Dr. Miller for approximately 3 years. To say he is an excellent doctor would be an understatement. The overall staff are very friendly and professional. The lobby and the restrooms are spotless. I would highly recommend this facility. Don't take my word. Check them out. You'll be so glad you did.

I love Lisa Miller Pediatrics. All of the staff is great, helpful and friendly. The staff is very understanding and don't push antibiotics and are always willing to discuss different treatments or course of action for any situation with your child. There is usually a wait but the staff and level of service is worth it. The staff love children and are great with parents.
