customer service at this practice is absolutely disgusting. The person answering the phone, apparently as her brother and kept refusing to let me speak with the doctor to explain about my situation. I would definitely not recommend this practice. This practice does not know how to perform the essential emotional functions of being empathetic. The guy of phone is considered her brother and is so annoying.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received from Dr. Tran!! She is extremely personable, caring and patient. What makes her special is that she listens closely and makes sure she understands every part of your health visit. There is never a rushed appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Tran!

So far the doctor Tran brings compassion, willingness and knowledge to empower the patient with a better understanding of their concerns and paths forward; you leave feeling excited to be sharing your medical concerns with this doctor. She lifts your spirits, gives you hope. Some doctors you leave more frustrated and wasted time and still no closer to having an understanding of your own concerns if they are real and can be addressed.
