Lion Physical Therapy

I worked with Marc recently on a knee injury I got during climbing. Marc was outside my insurance but it was well worth it to have a skilled PT that also climbs. The sport specificity is invaluable. He did a great level of due diligence - made sure I left the appointment with videos of myself performing exercises with good form, and followed up regularly to make sure I was progressing as expected. It's clear that he was invested in making sure I was out of PT and back to activity. In my experience, other PTs are always too eager to book future sessions, can feel off-putting.

I saw Marc after a friend’s recommendation, and his treatment has made the first difference to my chronic arm pain in about ten years. When other doctors who didn’t know much about climbing would just told me to stop, Marc understood that training as an athlete would actually help stabilize the problem areas of my shoulder and back. He was attentive, thorough, and kind in each session. Can’t recommend enough!

I went to Marc on recommendation of another one of his clients. Really happy with my experience with him and the outcome. I had an elbow injury I was working around but was not getting any better. An orthopedic recommended physical therapy for the joint. After an initial evaluation, Marc mentioned that the pain was likely radiating from my neck. He went through his reasoning why he thought that was the case, proposed a very realistic plan to get me back on track, and highlighted what to focus on for each exercise. He was right- it definitely was my neck!! I felt well informed about what was causing my discomfort and the exercises I could do to mitigate. Thanks Marc, and I'd recommend him as a PT happily!

Have been here to see both Dr. Andrew and Dr. Marc for climbing-related injuries. Both are not just experts, but are also easy to talk to, work with, and have excellent bedside manner. I can always trust that they'll get me stronger than I was before my injury. The sessions are also 1-on-1, so you get a personalized path forward. 10/10 recommend.

I love Lions Fit Physical Therapy! After undergoing surgery for multiple dislocations, I needed specialized post-operative care, and the entire Lion team has exceeded every expectation. The gym is always spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. I love that they have great music playing during sessions that makes the hard work feel a bit easier!
