Dr Holtz is wonderful. All the staff are kind and really hear what your complains are. Its a bit of a drive for me but I wouldn't go elsewhere unless they close shop.

Front desk staff is great. Dr Holtz is wonderful. I'm giving 3 stars because of the practice's inability to get Prior Authorizaruons in place for critical medicine. This has caused a lot of anxiety for me. Unfortunately I have a lot of doctors, but I've never had to deal with this level of stress related to insurance before now. For one month, in April, they were unable to get my PA in place. They were nice enough to give samples, although I heard numerous times rudely that "we can't keep giving you samples". Luckily my insurance changed son 5/1 so Diane was able to quickly get the authorization under my new coverage. However, critical information was not provided (i.e., ins info, diagnosis) so the specialty pharmacy was unable to ship. I was told to call the insurance co myself, which

The worst experience EVER. Their office staff is most most incompetent staff I've ever worked with. Despite having to wait forever to get an appointment, I scheduled my appointment and receive written confirmation via the mail, drove a long distance to the office on day of my appointment, just for them to inform me of THEIR mistake in putting someone else in my appointment slot. I think it's very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this practice. Not for anyone living outside of Hanover and suffering from pain.

After 40 years of pain, no one believes me. In 2 visits Dr. Holtz. Found the problem and is treating me. Thank God for Dr. Holtz Sincerely Retired RN
