These people never drop off the medication when it’s supposed to be delivered. I don’t get a call or a text back until the day of they wanting to drop off the medicine when they feel like it. I feel like these people are very unprofessional, but who am I to assume you have to see for yourself I’m leaving you a five star so everyone can see This. I asked numerous times. Can my medication get delivered the day or the day after it gets sent to your pharmacy and I constantly have to wait 3 to 5 to 6 business days from my medicine to come.

I’ve been using Lindenwood Pharmacy for my medication deliveries for about a year now, and they’ve been nothing but amazing. Always quick, efficient, super communicative, and the delivery drivers are truly exceptional.

One of the only pharmacies that has my meds and delivery ready to schedule. The manager has worked with me through alot including insurance issues . They are super convenient and did I mention delivery?

I absolutely love this pharmacy and have been a loyal customer for several years. I use their delivery service 99% of the time, and my prescriptions are always filled quickly and accurately. I really appreciate the convenient text message updates at every step — from when my prescription is received, to when it’s ready, when the driver picks it up, and even the estimated delivery time. Their service is reliable, efficient, and hassle-free. I wouldn’t consider using any other pharmacy! I did encounter 1 delivery error when I received someone else prescription however the issue was immediately resolved. No person or business is perfect. 🫢

I am satisfied with their service and drivers work hard to be on time, phone calls are made before showing up, always making sure I am home to sign and receive my meds. Thanks to all who are involved in assuring that my medication is always delivered safely to their clients personally and respectfully. Only one thing that concerned me at times...when my doctor's place an order it normally takes a few days before I get a new prescription. I understand that you guys service so many people in my community so I have to call the pharmacist of a new medication and you guys make sure I receive my medication the next day and for that I'm thankful. Great teamwork! That's the only reason I gave you 4 out of five. Thanks again.
