Dr. Albania Simone did fantastic job on extracting my tooth. She very kind, great bedside manner. Her staff was excellent as well. Brittney at the deck was excellent, she was determined to get me a payment plan. She gave me undivided attention when I got nervous, feeling I was taking too long. Dr. Simone is the best. I had very little pain, bleeding had stopped by morning.

I had an amazing experience with Joni! She’s incredibly kind, professional, and very gentle. From the very beginning, she made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stand out. I definitely want her to do all of my dental treatments from now on. I highly recommend her 💯🦷💖

Last Wednesday I had all my bottom teeth extracted. I was supposed to get my permanent dentures for the top and healing dentures for the bottom the same day but Lindenwood Dentistry told me that the lab needed more information and they would have the lab expedite my teeth to the office and would call me on Thursday or Monday. I have called everyday this week and have left messages but no one returns my calls. I send messages on MyChart and get no response. I just want to know when I'm getting my teeth and why no one is contacting me to let me know what is going on. I haven't had a bad experience, just slow process and no response to my calls are concerning.

I had an amazing experience with my appointment with the main Dentist. She was very kind and was culturally very aware and professional. The main hygienist Jonna was very pleasant and well mannered. The xray tech was fantastic and kind. I am disappointed by the billing department of this business. Recently I have received a statement for service from the year 2022, and 2024. I have not been to this place for any service since 2024 due to my inability to trust their billing process. I have always stayed in touch with my insurance and with the dentist office to make sure all the balance were taken care of. My wife had the worst experience ever. This is her story starting July 2024. An Overzealous hygienist with her pick didn’t realize that she had a bridge. She pulled down and popped and fractured my anchored tooth. It was painful. The dentist came in looked in my mouth and part of my crown was laying in my mouth. She filed it and stated I don’t have time for this. I complained of the pain again next visit. No response. Another 6 months went by.Time for a full mouth-xray. The root of that tooth was fractured. Then I had 2 more appointments after that. They had to cut my bridge out then another appointment to pull my fractured tooth out. I was in the dentist chair partway reclined from 9:15-12:30. They would come in for 5 minutes then leave to see someone else. I saw them maybe 15 minutes tot
