Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Sometimes you can tell a book by it cover. A most inviting space that made me feel welcome, comfortable, relaxed, and safe. I made me consider I am more than certain that these sentiments are share by all staff, visitors- and most importantly the resident that Linden center serves.

This Facility as many times as I've I visited in the past. Seems to be doing a good job with upkeep with tending to the patients as well as possible, and is always more than reasonably clean. The staff members are nice and welcoming.

Very nice people (Mrs King and her team are great) everyone has been very helpful and supportive. Very effective services, keep it up.

I can't say enough good things about the care my mom received at the Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation after her total hip replacement. From the moment she arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The nurses and aides treated her with genuine compassion and respect, making sure she was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Her physical therapy team was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and deeply committed to helping her regain mobility and confidence. WHATEVER BAD REVIEW YOU READ IT IS TRUE. Terrible Nursing and terrible social services. NO clean clothes, NO showers, stolen belongings, NO room maintenance, NO warm bed sheets. NO 24/7 RN management and nursing care. NO “beauty salon/barbershop” like they claim. I don’t even know where to start. Bottom line DO NOT put your loved one in this place and if he/she is there right now remove them ASAP. This place is horrible, my grandfather did not last longer than a month in this facility. It is a mess, they never pick up the phone, no one knows anything. There’s no structure, no one holds anyone accountable of anything. My grandfather’s clothes were misplaced after I asked them to please wash his clothes that I found piled up in the corner of his closet completely soaked. In 2 weeks he was on
