Customer Reviews
Friendly team and great customer care. Everything was handled professionally.
The staff is pleasant. They offer a great service within the community.
Very clean, very courteous staff, absolutely no wait time. The guy doing my exam was very informative, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing and WHY, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dude was awesome, hands down! (I'm REALLY sorry I can't remember your name!!! Super tall, short brown hair) ONLY COMPLAINT: only open two days a week. Other than that, all aces. I have already been recommending this place
By far the worst experience I've ever had getting contacts: First off, I brought my previous contact lenses into the my appointment since I had been told that it can help them get a more accurate prescription. These lenses were dailies but I was going to switch to bi-weekly or monthly lenses which the optometrist and I discussed in depth. I called back a few days later to order my contacts, and they said that my prescription was only valid for daily contacts and that I would need to come in for another appointment to be fitted for the contacts that I was already fitted for. So conveniently while I was on my last pair of dailies, I had to wait another week and a half for another appointment. After my second appointment I was given the option for bi-weekly trial lenses and monthly trial le
Someone scheduled me for a 8:30 am appointment. I fought traffic and almost had a accident trying to keep the appointment. When I arrived she told me I had to pay $90 with my insurance. I told her that was not what I was told over the phone when I made my appointment. Then she said she made a mistake and that I could get eyes examined but no glasses. I really think it is terrible to give a person an appointment and make them drive from one part of town to another to get there and then tell me I can't be seen until next year according to my insurance!! They need to not do this to anyone else, Check and double Check on peoples insurance before you give them an appointment. I won't be going back there " Ever ".... I am disabled and not going to let them treat me this way again........
