Lindburg Pharmacy

Everyone I've spoken to here has been exceptionally friendly and don't make me feel like a burden for picking up my meds which should be the base minimum, but at many pharmacies it's just not. They always have my meds ready shortly after I request refills and the app is user friendly as well. They stay on top of pre auths for insurance for me which I'm grateful for. Never an issue. Thanks to all staff! Appreciate ya

Since my husband and I switched to them we’ve had nothing but issues. You should plan to wait at least 10 minutes for every pickup. My husband (at least 3 different times) had to ask them how much with his insurance to make sure they were applying that because they hadn’t. He’d get there and would be told his medication is $60. He’d ask so how much does insurance pay? They responded every time oh we don’t have any insurance added, when the day before he was told it was updated. Not saving the best for last whoever Doug is should never talk with customers. He was so rude and kept cutting me off repeatedly such an incredibly rude man for someone in a managerial position working with the public. The staff is very friendly, whether talking to them by phone or in person. They give you timely updates on your prescription status and are happy to answer any questions. This was my first experience with this pharmacy, and it was a great one.

My doc sent a prescription and they took it upon themselves to decide not to make it. They literally told me we got it we know it was ordered but we took it upon ourselves to not make it. They then tried to say they called insurance I was on the phone with insurance who called them out and said they did not call 😑

Lindbergh Pharmacy has always been great but walking up to the door is so much better now! With my elderly mother and her walker it was a hazard before but now with that refinished sidewalk.. that is the best thing I've ever walked on! Staff is friendly and awesome and take care of all of our needs thank you Lindbergh pharmacy!
