I've been an Accent Dental patient for over 20 years. I love the staff, the service, and the care. As a family of 7, they have been extremely accommodating, always friendly, and reliable. Bad experiences. One of the main ones was I had cavities that needed to be filled. They had to book me 6 months out to get them filled, which was fine, but then they proceed to cancel on me the day of and made me wait another 6 months. Another issue I had was after my cavity was filled, my teeth started hurting really bad, so I went back and they told me it needed an adjustment. Then they still hurt so then I go back and they tell me I need a root canal. I go back for my root canal appointment and they proceed to tell me that I don’t need a root canal. Well my teeth still hurt so I end up having to get a root canal. I have been dealing with teeth pain because of it all for about 5 months now. I think it is ridiculous this should have gotten figured out months ago.

Such a nice place. Everyone was super nice. My youngest has Autism and they handled him wonderfully. My only compliant is a parent should be able to go back with child if they are under 10. Expecially if they are special needs. It would of made it easier on them for sure. And my anxiety when he was yelling.

I went in this morning to see about receiving emergency dental care (my toddler managed to break my tooth while we were playing). I was told due to a cancellation policy they hadn't informed me of previously, the two appointments I missed without calling while handling the death of a family member means they are unable to schedule me, even for emergency dental care, forever apparently.

Super helpful and courteous dental team! They take the time to explain in detail exactly what the problem is and the process on how to repair it. I highly recommend Accent Dental to everyone!!
