Lincolnshire Place of Decatur

The staff has been very helpful & caring. They go above & beyond to help the family as well as the residents. I've seen staff being very gentle & interactive with residents & trying to keep them involved in things. The amount of activities the AD organizes is great & he tries to include different kinds of activities to involve mind, body, & hand mobility & co-ordination. And all residents who are able are strongly encourage to attend activity time to help keep them involved. But no one is being forced to do things they don't want to do. I am so glad to have found Lincolnshire when I needed a safe place for my husband.

Lincolnshire Place has loving, dedicated staff that cares about all the residents there. It is always so clean & smells so good. I love walking in there to visit. Always a smiling face to greet you!

Our Mom has been at Lincolnshire Place since February. Our entire family is extremely pleased with the care she has/is receiving. Everyone from the top down is exceptional.

Our family is so glad that we found Lincolnshire Place. We had difficulty finding a place for mom that would take good care of her and meet all her needs. The staff that works there is wonderful. Very caring and go the extra mile to make sure your loved one is getting the care they need. There is one particular nurse who was so awesome and wonderful. She would call me and let me know how my mom was doing when I wasn't able to get there right away and this nurse always made sure that my mom was doing okay before she left for the day. The person who runs the kitchen also was very accommodating and they make sure that the person they're feeding is enjoying their meals and getting what they need for their health.
