My brother has been here for 7years. This place is amazing. No it no Ritz-Carlton. It's a nursing home. I'm there quite a bit and the staff is amazing with the residents. I have never had any issues there. If I could give more stars, I would.
this place is not what it says on the website. My mom was scheduled to come to Lincoln village Healthcare Center we did a popup to see the place before she was transferred. Thank God we did!!! this place was terrible. It needs to be shut down. the place was dirty, old stain ceiling tiles, old furniture. We were traumatized! I cried. so please believe the reviews not the website!! The 1 star reviews are true!!!
Somebody didn't clean out Lori seger's ventilation and she didn't breathe for 14 minutes and turned into a vegetable. This place was terrible. I'd hate to be here on a ventilator
My mom is currently in this place and the staff is currently letting a machine beep extremely loud and unnecessary for the past 7 min in counting. I'm just leaving this rating for untimely residential service and neglect of proper care.
THEY ARE REALLY REALLY BAD AT ANSWERING PHONE I WOULD HATE TO HAVE A LOVED ONE THERE AND CANT REACH STAFF THEY NEED TO DO BETTER
