was not impressed. unfortunately the dr that helped me didn’t have many answers for all of my questions. i was supposed to get bloodwork and an ultrasound and told them i would prefer the local hospital so i didn’t have to drive out of town. i made it very clear i was worried about it being in network for me so my insurance would take it. she said she didn’t have a way of knowing that which is totally fine! but i went twice for my labs and they had me wait for 45 mins just to say they never received the order!! my prescription still has not made it to CVS and it’s been one week on the dot! I have got 2 notices to pay my bill, got one the same day and got one 9/4. they gave me an “uninsured discount” which is crazy because i gave them my physical insurance card and they still didn’t run
Good place, short wait when I happened to go, they take care of a lot of stuff there.
Wonderful, caring. Made me feel completely at ease.
