In today’s world where it’s not always easy to have a good customer service experience, I like to acknowledge when it happens. My experience with Lincoln pharmacy has been outstanding. My mother recently changed insurance coverage which forced her to change providers for her medical equipment. Sandy was a tremendous help in getting the new equipment and even reached out to the old provider to make sure my mother wouldn’t be without her hospital bed while awaiting the replacement. Ken, the gentleman who delivered and installed the new equipment, was also very nice. After he was done with the setup, he took time to demonstrate how to operate everything and answered all my questions.

Busy and small but WOW the service is amazing. They have benches for you to sit on while waiting, delivery available for prescriptions, and text you to let you know when you have an item ready for pick up. Parking can often be difficult, hence on less star than perfect.

While I did not personally enter the facility, my wife reported a positive experience during her brief visit to drop off expired medications. She found the staff to be pleasant and efficient, completing her transaction quickly and effectively. Based on her feedback, which included a seamless process and satisfactory resolution, I am pleased to award them a five-star rating.

Absolutely incredible service, especially after transferring from the unmitigated disaster that is the CVS on Pacific Ave. My doctor forgot to timely send in a monthly prescription, and I had to have it sent in yesterday. This morning I called to schedule a pick-up or delivery (they provide FREE delivery(!)) and it turns out it was delivered the last night...the only person who dropped the ball (aside from doctor) was my husband, who signed for it but forgot to tell me it was delivered! lol

I was shorted 3 times on my medicine the staff treated me like i was a liar n i was not shorted 3 times on my suboxone strips she told me i cannot come back ive been going to lincoln over 30 years sad to be treated that way from her my tribe does lot bizzniss with lincoln im definately letting them know how they treat people only one lady someone is taking meds i know how to count but i will get my stuff elsewhere usually people really nice there i know who lady is very rude dissrespectful count ur medicine people make sure ur not being ripped off i trusted them take care me but treated poorly
