Lincoln Pharmacy

I had a prescription from the city md down Flatbush sent to them and went to pick it up. It came through on their end while I was there and they let me know that they didn't have the medicine; but could get some Tuesday. This, being a Saturday wasn't gonna work for what I needed and I told them that. I explicitly told them that I needed the medicine that day and was going to find it at another pharmacy where it was available same day. After searching and finding another pharmacy and forwarding the prescription again from city md, I was informed that Lincoln pharmacy had already filled the prescription and that they had closed for the day and were going to be closed the following day. This pharmacy denied me access to medicine I needed.

So glad my insurance wasn’t accepted at “the” big chain pharmacy years ago. I simply crossed the street to Lincoln Pharmacy and never looked back. The staff go above and beyond and always make me feel like they know me (and my son), I appreciate that. Good customer service goes a long way these days. Also, their prices are good too. Thank you Lincoln Pharmacy.

had a prescription sent to this pharmacy and was informed that it's "unavailable" and that I would have to pay out of pocket to buy one of a lesser quality because it wasn't covered by my insurance. -- they put me on hold several times when I kept asking questions and I can hear them in the background calculating how much money they would lose if they processed my order. trash people.

Lincoln Pharmacy is a small pharmacy but the service is excellent and I've personally had nothing but good experiences with the personnel. I've gone to the bigger chains but since Lincoln opened its doors, I've forwarded my prescriptions to them and haven't regretted it. I'm glad they are in my neighborhood. Yay!

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! I called today to ask why a medication hasn’t been filled for over two months. I was told some stupid story that sometimes people don’t want there medications filled and blah blah blah. So I ask the lady what time do you open since I’ve been calling since 9am the rude employee tells me that they informed me four months ago I was like excuse me she’s let we answered you it question four month ago so you should know what time we open. Are you serious I asked to speak to the manager who can nearly understand and speak English. This pharmacy is a joke!
