Lincoln Dygert, OD

I took an already made prescription to this location in the hopes to get some new lenses and frames with my insurance. Not only was I helped every step of the way but, when the original frames we choose didn't workout they easily helped me order a new one without any additional charges. Furthermore, the Doctor here did an excellent job working with me and he even went a step further and brought me into an exam at his expense to ensure that my particular condition with my eyes was correct and that no further precautions were required. I was very satisfied coming here and going forward this will be my standard place for anything and everything related to glasses!

UPDATE: I scheduled my 13 year old an appointment in February for a check up. Today I took him in and found out they didn't accept our insurance. I've had 2 other kids seen with him. One in December and one in January or February. Why am I just finding out at my appointment that they no longer accept my insurance? I'm pissed! I finally, FINALLY find an eye Dr and place I feel fantastic going to and then they don't inform me BEFORE my appointment they no longer accept my insurance? THIS SUCKS!!! I HATE THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend. The staff was so great with my 5 year old son. Dr. Dygert was fantastic with him. I have had a hard time finding an eye Dr with positive experiences. Usually I leave feeling ok about my appointment but not the greatest. With Dr. Dyg

Dr Lincoln Dygert was very thorough. He explained everything he was doing in terms I could understand. I appreciated the time he spent to help correct my eye problem. He set up and appointment with a Neuro-Opthamolgist to help diagnose the reason for the problem. He was interested in eliminating the cause, not just treating the symptoms (which I find rare in a doctor), He also loaned me some corrective glasses until mine could be made up. I would highly recommend Dr. Dygert for your eye care needs.

I love Dr. Dygert! He is the perfect blend of professionalism and personal warmth! Three thumbs up!
