The Decatur, Alabama employees have always been so helpful. Chris came to my house today for service on a concentrator. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. So helpful and courteous.
Fast, qualitative, friendly service. They helped with the sleeping machine parts replacement and communicated with the insurance company. Everything went smooth and fast.
Lincare never gave me any problems getting the oxygen supplies I needed. Always deliver when they say they will and the guys that bring it are always nice.
Great place and great people to work with and they are very helpful
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are absolutely terrible. Their customer service is the worst thing ever. The systems between everywhere do not work together. I have been dealing with a billing issue for supplies we did not receive since AUG- we finally were told a credit was applied to account and yet no one can find it in the billing department. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with to get things taken care of. DO NOT USE THEM!!
