Limestone Pediatrics (Poole & Thomas Pediatrics)

My son has been going to this office since he was born and we love it there! All the staff are kind, knowledgeable and listen. We are happy we chose this practice!

We've been taking our kids to Limestone for 2.5 years now. We have multiple younger kids and it's been a great experience. No complaints really, and we've seen all of the practitioners at least once. My kids go to Goodsell and Crowley normally. - Everyone is very nice and professional - We almost never have to wait more than a few minutes. - They always have same day sick appointments available, and often can see us within the hour or two. - The nurse triage line has helped us out multiple times and they're quick at calling us back. - They take their time with us and make sure my questions are answered.

They told us they would get all of the medical records from our previous doctor. They failed to do so, then they canceled the appointment. Before they canceled the appointment we tried to call them for advice with a problem our child was having. They said they could not help us in any way because they had not seen my child in person yet. Now they're trying to charge us $16 for them telling us over the phone they could not help us. I talked to someone trying to clear it up and they said they would call me back the same day but never did. I keep getting bills for $16 and now today a text message asking me to pay my bill... That's not going to happen.

I've been taking my kids there for 9 years. As a first time mom, the care and empathy they showed me was unmatched. I have never been made to feel a concern was not valid, no matter what it was. Being able to get in the same day for a sick visit was important to me, and I've never been turned down in 9 years! The staff has always been so kind and helpful. I've seen every provider and would recommend any of them without hesitation.

Dr Crowley is absolutely amazing! Every appointment we have had has been so reassuring. I’m a ball of anxiety and she just her presence is so calming. She is so comforting and great with my son. I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. There have been 2 times we have had to see Dr Poole because we had to come in somewhat unexpectedly. She was wonderful as well! She made herself familiar with my son and already knew so many things so I didn’t have to fill her in. We were recommended this practice by my midwife and I am so happy we were. As a first time mom, I have no idea what I am doing, but every time we go to this practice, they make me feel like a rockstar. I cannot say enough amazing things about them as a whole.
