LIMERICK MEDICAL BUILDING

This is a review of the building itself, not the specific practice we visited. For a medical building, the Limerick Medical Building is surprisingly inaccessible to people in wheelchairs. Today was our first time here, but I notice two things right away: 1. The doors into the building don't open automatically with buttons; they are entirely manual. Plus, the swing out rather than pushing in. If you've ever been in a wheelchair or pushed someone in a wheelchair, it's tricky to handle a manual door that pulls out (whereas you can always use a battering ram approach to open a door that pushes open). It is 2022, so I'm very surprised there were no electric doors. The door to the office we visited was also manual and opened outward. 2. There was a significant lip on the floor of the doorway
