Lima Memorial Hospital

We stayed at Lima Memorial for my wife’s C-section, and the overall care and staff were exceptional. A special shout-out to Stacy and Kelly, they were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They took incredible care of my wife and our baby, and they are perfect examples of what exceptional nurses should be. We are genuinely grateful for everything they did. The only drawback was the room. Our suite felt quite small and cramped, which made things a bit uncomfortable. This is definitely an area where Lima Memorial could improve. However, Stacy and Kelly’s outstanding care really made us overlook that issue. Thank you again to the entire team, especially Stacy and Kelly, for making a challenging time so much easier.

Dr. Ambassador from lima memorial ENT did my inspire surgery. Great job and very hands on during the aftercare. Will be sure to tell anyone that I know about him and his staff.

0 stars. Care is poor at best. The traveling nurse cared more than the actual nurses employed there. Wanted a cup of coffee but the break room coffee maker was broken so a nurse gave me the code to access the break room so I could get a cup. The sawed off she witch head nurse scolded me for using it. My dad and I went to leave and we were harrased by campus security and told if used the code again we would be banned from the property. If they were so concerned about security, I shouldnt be able to come through the emergency entrance, give the guy at the desk the wrong room number and not asked my name or the patience name but was allowed right through. Care and security all wrapped into one.....ya right.

Had my very first surgery here, and I received the best care from check in to discharge. Everyone is friendly and genuinely loves what they do. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you, Lima Memorial!

Showed up early at 8:30 am, appointment was 11am signed in at 8:30am and had to again at 12noon. I had to fast for this they forgot me. Now after 12 still waiting. Don't recommend. Radiology and imaging.
