Lila Doyle Post Acute

The employees were amazing, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was clean and presentable. I would have given it a five star for a nonprofit facility that accepts Medicaid and Medicare if the staff were wearing masks during a Covid outbreak. The staff was extremely kind and patient with the elderly patients they had.

The worst. The majority of the night shift need to find different lines of work that don't include caring for people, because they do not care. 80 percent of the food is inedible. The amount of physical therapy promised/recommended was never met. The other woman in the shared room controlled everything, the TV, the lights, the bathroom. Staff said there was nothing they could do about that. All in all, a thoroughly depressing, disheartening experience. Zero stars should be an option for this facility.

I was so upset when I would visit and Mom would be wet, so wet I could smell her way down the hall. They were mean to her, rude to my Dad. There were a few workers that were nice. The PT were nice, the OT were nice. I was so glad when we got her out of there.

Call button didn’t work. The people that were working the floor tried to do a good job, but they didn’t have good equipment. I had asked to have a piece of my equipment like a power chair there that would’ve made it easier for me to get around. they refused that came from administration. They brought an oxygen concentrator in my room when I ask about it they said that it had been flagged so I would not recommend Lila rehab to anyone.

My sons grandmother was at Lila Doyle Post Acute for a hip fracture, compressed fracture of the spine and wound, I could not have asked for any better care she had previously been in a facility where she had 3 falls which made her condition worse, the staff at Lila Doyle took very good care of her.
