Dr. Sheppard is a money-oriented owner of the clinic, where they actually don’t care equally about your baby but mostly about their profit. If you decide not to take all the vaccines for your baby, they won’t be able to serve your baby as your baby is “risk to others” so they need to give them ALL. Meanwhile not mentioning how much reward/kickbacks they receive by having high percentage of patients fully vaccinated as per the requirements. Not to mention flue shots etc for a perfectly healthy baby. If you can find more open mind pediatrician for your baby, I would highly recommend that. I understand that businesses needs to make money but then you should be able to explain that income no problem and not be hiding it under “risk to others” especially when it comes to small innocent and not

I’ve been to several pediatricians before, but I can honestly say my daughter was the happiest with Dr. Shepard. She’s so sweet, gentle, and patient with kids you can tell she truly loves what she does. Dr. Shepard made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in. She’s the definition of a great pediatrician, and I’m so grateful we found her! :)

We LOVE Dr. Sheppard and Traci, they answer questions speedy quick and are so sweet to our girl. There are several wonderful nurses, but we've been lucky enough to see Josh on most of our visits and he is simply the best (especially when giving shots quickly and gently as possible!). They're the perfect fit for our family!

What a God send! We love this place and the team. They are so kind to me and my children. Would recommend to anyone!

Ignore the bad reviews and they do not kick you out or be rude over vaccines infact dr Shepard and her staff welcomed any questions and concerns. There is a reason why this practice is busy and well known at NCH birth center. We have both of our little ones here and no issues.
